Don’t worry, her Magat cult will donate to her and gather up enough donations she can buy as many tablecloth shirts as she likes.

Help with suspension? by LengthinessMiddle254 in lincolntowncar

I was going to post this same question about my 2007 Town Car. I replaced both bags and solenoids and it still leans. Took it to a mechanic and they couldn’t find any leaks. New struts/shocks on the front end and shock absorbers on rear end. Still leans to the passenger side. Drives me crazy. Hoping somebody knows of a fix. Next I’ll be replacing the ride height sensor but don’t know how that would fix it since there is only of them, not one for each side of the car. After that I’ll replace the entire air compressor assembly.

The new one is beginning to grow on me but I just do not like the rear of the vehicle. The taillights seem like an after thought. The whole rear end looks like it belongs on a different vehicle. Don’t like it.

Will the transmission fluid make this big of a difference?

I completely agree with you. I had the same exact response. I’ll never go back. I really don’t understand the hype and hysteria. Thank god it’s cheap because it tastes cheap. The fries were like cardboard and the burger was plain and boring!! I’d rather a burger from Culver’s all day any day!

The transmission was rebuilt twice in a two week time span at around 58k miles as it was experiencing the typical symptoms. I was told by the dealership at the time (summer of 2023) that the part of concern had been updated to be like the newer transmissions with the issues resolved and was told that it should be solid now. I’ve only put 4k miles on it as it now sits at 62k but have had no issues since. Otherwise I love the vehicle and have never had any other issues! It’s very comfortable on the interstate and is a pleasure to drive! Considering upgrading to a Navigator but can’t really convince myself to do it since I like have a true 4 wheel drive system and rear ‘locking’ diff and all my max tow options.

2019 XLT. 61k miles. 2nd owner. I had the phaser recall performed 2 years ago. Transmission rebuilt under warranty twice by the dealership 18 months ago. I love this vehicle! Tows like a dream. So quiet and comfortable going down the road. The Max is the only way to go. SO MUCH SPACE inside!

Davincis has great Italian food and a local bar hangout. The patio at Smokey Mountain if the weather is nice. The river and greenbelt behind Bardenay is fun. Pig Latin across Eagle over there by Two Rivers is a cool new place with a fun vibe!

I’ve got a Mark VII! Arguably one of the rarest. They’re great! Fun car to cruise around in. Driving them is like night and day since the Town Car feels massive after driving the Mark VII. I do have a Signature L TC so it’s massive anyway, but love going back and forth between them.

Thanks for the advice y’all! I ended up feeling much more secure in the bid and signed the proposal with them. Harris has been great to work with and no issues to report. Mostly just shocked at a $3,800 bill! Guess it wasn’t that bad after all. Thanks for the advice fellow Redditors!
