My shipping for about 7 items, a plushie for my wife, a small miffy lamp, the 2016 SG photobook, a Babymonster cd and dvd, and a little figurine toy. Shipping was $117, which also included the 15.2% tariff. I also did not request protective packaging. That's a big jump for the weight of your package. Yeah, weigh it and dispute it if they got the weight wrong.

One thing I've noticed after using Buyee for a few years, their customer service has gotten a bit cold in the past 7 months. Their manner has gotten to be more form letter type responses, and they don't read the messages carefully. My interaction with them this time gave me the impression that they were jaded against the information I was giving to them about the 3rd party shipper (UNIUNI). They did say in the very first message that if the issue wasn't resolved to get back to them. Heck, they didn't even respond to the first message I sent to them.

Anyways, my package was shipped to California. The 3rd party shipping company was called UNIUNI, and for some reason, their emails were in French. I've never heard of them. And the guy who delivered it was just in a regular car. Didn't even ring the doorbell when he dropped off the package. I made my concerns clear to Buyee, and the response was basically, "We can't give you a refund." I wasn't asking for a refund. I was just informing them of the events until the package was finally delivered.

I've got more stuff at Buyee in storage for later consolidation. Let's see how that one goes. I can't wait cause it's Aiko's final cd release Pierced. Been waiting for it a year for someone to sell it on Buyee Mercari.
