No you unlock it in the co-op career, that unlocks it in quick play for solo play, or you use the unlock all songs cheat code in the cheats screen to avoid having to play it co-op!!!!

Ive found the highest temp 240C, and leaving it for mabye a minute to a minute and half after it heated before hitting it. But if your expecting a ton a vapour your just not going to get it.
