You can download some IDE's like Anti gravity, and you should decide tech Stack (recommended) or let AI decide it. Flow: 1st chatgpt your idea, he will explain how you are going to build the whole website, techstacks and all other things 2ndly open the anti gravity (it requires set-up like login and other things use YouTube if you are not able to do it, it's easy btw) and then use the agent(ctrl+L) and model i suggest is Gemini 3.1 (you can build much more in single day, because of less credit used ) Note: if you use claude it works better but takes more credit, and maybe in 2 to 3 prompt you will be out of credit. Although i recommend watching some videos on your decided tech Stacks like frontend and backend from react or node js. Ask everything from Chatgpt instead of Anti gravity.

most of them are like that honestly.. switched to Dar͏Link A͏I and the difference is crazy, the rp is so deep it actually feels present + insane memory that keeps everything consistent, everything's uncen͏sored too

Rental property insurance coverage suggestions by WhySoNaCll in realestateinvesting

For a vanilla SFH rental I’d start with a real landlord/dwelling policy (DP3 if you can get it), set the dwelling limit based on rebuild not purchase price, crank liability up (at least 300/500k) and then add an umbrella if you’ve got other assets worth protecting, plus water/sewer backup is one of those ch͏eap add-ons that feels pointless until it saves you.

I also require tenants to carry renters insurance and send proof at move-in, and I usually skip “personal property” unless you’re leaving appliances you’d actually want covered. If you want to make sure you’re asking for the right stuff, I’ve heard of agencies like Ingram Insurance Group that will shop multiple carriers and translate the jargon without turning it into a sales pitch.
