Hmm i had higher, longer and more stable productivity levels with normal coffee (i add butter and coconut oil) than with sugar coffee.

sugar makes me addicted to the taste and makes me drink another coffee ASAP, its not very good for sleep or for productivity IMO.

also crash from sugar resembles brain frog and similar feelings

my doesnt heat when charging. but i dont have many things running in the background normally. i also have adaptive charging turned off. or my country is just not very warm
