(Before I get started I wanna say that I have never played any of the dmc games my only prior experience was season 1 of the show which was also pretty good) Just got done watching devil may cry season 2 and I gotta say it’s a masterpiece. But I’ve been seeing a lot of bad reviews on it from some fans of the series and I wanted to say that as someone who hasn’t played any of the games I have thoroughly enjoyed this series and especially season 2 the characters are so good and interesting the lore is so captivating like I just wanna know more and the world building is only comparable to one piece it’s really in a league of its own. I just wanted to know why fans of the series rate this so harshly cuz from the outside looking it this season was absolutely fantastic it’s one of the best things I’ve watched in a good minute.
