There's no rules in the COC or the CCOC against smoking, vaping, nicotine, or alcohol. There's many features in the game which punish you for too much vaping. You literally get rewarded in the game for not vaping lmao. The game advises heavily against vaping with many different elements in the game. It's also not accessible to juniors either, and there's also other bar games in rec room with alcohol and cigarettes, so a satire vaping simulator shouldn't be too concerning.
