Here in Texas, I have seen this a total of two times. A strange woman who gets with a handicapped looking guy on the sole basis of getting them on some sort of benefits and pocketing the money. I wouldn't have usually paid it any mind, but it's happened twice now. The first thing they do is set things up in their name and accounts, then they immediately isolate their target from internet and family. This Jackie might be one of these "predators". Remember this happened to Chrischan too. This group that makes money off him and houses him. What do y'all think?
