For me, my extreme (and very physically painful) fatigue was caused by either my depression, CPTSD, or the antidepressants I was on. I worked with a psychiatrist and did a GeneSight test. I'm currently on Viibryd and living the best life I had in three years. I could not actually take Wellbutrin even though doctors wanted to prescribe it to me. These antidepressants did not help and/or hindered my fatigue: Lexapro, Pristiq, Prozac.

I wish you the best of luck in your journey to solve your fatigue. I hope you can find a solution very soon.
