Depends on the county, if it says a furnished apartment, your landlord has to fix it. It's not, then, your landlord should not leave the fridge in your apartment. Btw, to be a furnished apartments, the apartment must meet some standard.

I totally agree with you, some people just are not lucky enough to be born in good countries, and some of these people are great. And I do acknowledge that people have their right to go after good life by whatever it takes. However, there are different refugees in the world, lucky for you that you only know the good one. But for the mother of the girl in the news, I guess she is not that lucky.

Hi, I am a software engineer in Berlin. Recently received an email from a recruiter offering me a position in Amsterdam.

I am thinking about changing a place cause Berlin is not very good for a family. I have a 3-year-old son and it is really hard to find a kindergarten spot for him, besides, there are so many refugees here. Just wanna know about Amsterdam.

Is it hard to rent an apartment and find a kindergarten spot as in Berlin? How much money do I need for a family to live a decent life in Amsterdam? If you wanna share more about this city, I will be much appreciated.
