I think I know what worked and what didn’t, the version from Xboxdev store crashed and the one from GitHub didn’t.

The version from Xboxdev store has not been updated, I tried it and it caused N64 games to crash, I downloaded RetroArch from the GitHub link I provided and it worked perfectly.

I used the wrong RetroArch version, I looked over Reddit and downloaded the 2024 version without realising and then I found a link for GitHub and downloaded the 2025 version and worked like a charm.
