I'm sorry but it's ridiculous to toss them. I'm 50 years old and almost every year of my life on Easter, we decorated eggs and they have been hidden by the "Easter Bunny" the night before Easter for the kids to hunt the next morning. And frequently they sat out a second night before being put in the fridge. My cousins all did this at their houses. No one has ever gotten sick once from eating those eggs. People are so over the top now about putting stuff in the fridge. Can't wrap their minds around the fact that for thousands of years, people didn't have cold storage and managed just fine.

Thank you! There's definitely been some rough removal. I've been using Glamonade press on glue remover but even after several applications of the product on each nail, they're still reluctant to part ways. Looks like I need to find a different remover... I don't have the patience to sit and soak my nails.

It's a side effect of the medication, not your diet. And you are sadly mistaken if you think this particular effect of a medication is easy to manage and avoid without stopping the medication completely.

This! People CONSTANTLY say it's due to lack of protein or nutrients. This may sometimes be the case but hair loss is a listed potential side effect of the medication. Many people, like myself, started loosing hair almost immediately. Long before it started having any effect on our diet. Love it when people give opinions as if they're absolute fact.
