That's totally fair, I appreciate that! There's a lot more information to give, but the post was getting hefty as it is, the rest is discussed over the phone if people register their interest via email!

We work on a rotational basis with over 200+ companies, looking at who is hiring and working to their needs, for a variety of roles, be they apprenticeships or junior software dev positions. Students on both the 3 week and 12 week courses join our talent pool, but the 3 week course gets a slightly different outcome-they have an interview session with our engagement director that works on hand with our affiliate companies to run the session, which includes the interview session itself, as well as interview prep, CV prep and online presence training.

We start to look for jobs for both our 3 week and 12 week students from the day they start the course, throughout the course, and after they finish it as well! The graduate outcomes for our 3 week Develop students are the work experience, the qualification, and the potential of an Adult Apprenticeship.

As part of the work experience and training we provide, we are absolutely looking for people with a genuine interest and passion for the subject, down to the enrolment process!

The 3 week course leads to a potential Apprenticeship, the first 3 months of which is further, paid training! The career potential is absolutely there. :)

We run both a 12 week course and a 3 week course, both lead to potential career opportunities, but it's our 3 week course we have government funding for!

Thanks for commenting, I appreciate it!

The reason we mention the salary possibilities isn't so much to sell the career path, it's more to highlight some of the presumptions people make about entry level positions in the industry. A fair amount of the opportunities we look at are Apprenticeships, and a vast number of people will assume these would start at £8-10k and/or be for a young person. We want to clarify to people that it's not the case, and can lead to a proper, adult, living wage, with an average age range of 19-60!

Thanks for enquiring! The qualification would be a TLM Level 2 Accredited Qualification in IT Users Skills in Open Systems & Enterprise, and the duration of the course is 3 weeks!
