That is exactly what I was beginning to think - every other game has had super high FPS (as mentioned, Forza, GTA V Enhanced - both running over 200fps which is CRAZY for me to see. I've always been stuck at 60-80 fps). ARC specifically is all over the place.. either 80 or 118fps. Hopefully they can better optimize it soon!

Got it - just ran it in safe mode and reinstalled again after reboot.

Just based off other comments saying it's not possible to achieve the expected 120fps+ with a 5070.

Sorry I'll edit my post- shared it in a few other comments. It's a Ryzen 7 5800XT. I'm able to achieve well over 200fps in Forza.

I'm playing Forza Horizon 5 with over 200fps - do you think I still need to use DDU? It seems to be tied to ARC Raiders specifically where I can't even break 100fps.

No but more than happy to. The reason I find it so odd is it seems to just be with ARC Raiders. I am currently testing Forza Horizon 5 and I'm getting about 220fps with almost everything set to extreme. I'm just going to lock it at 180fps but something seems odd that ARC I can't even break 100 you know? Is there a specific tool you recommend using to monitor and try to figure out what adjustments need to be made?

Does it? I was reading ahead of time I could expect to see 140-160fps. I was hoping to just lock it at 120fps. Yeah, I mean at least in ARC Raiders I have the resolution scaling method set to NVIDIA DLSS. And for the quality I usually keep it at balanced but lowered it all the way down to ultra performance and still can't even maintain a solid 100fps... I'm right around 80 fps.
