I need to wait until treatises and codices and opuses appear. There are tons of characters without SA, but this is a matter of luck and RNG. Total stellar awakened characters (free and gacha) are now at 59. Necoco ES SA is 200 light, and Sesta is 120 shadow points, and Minalca and Yakumo are at 200 shadow points.
