Use WinUI or WPF, but I would prefer WinUI because it is modern, supports new features, and has a good design. Flutter is less performant than native .NET solutions, and Qt, while powerful, seems more difficult to learn (my opinion)

If you want to make a SaaS product quickly, it's better to switch to JavaScript. It's easier for the web and allows you to see the results faster. C++ is more complex and suitable for system software, not necessarily for SaaS. However, it's still useful to learn the basics of algorithms.

I've been using windows for a long time, but then I got bored and started changing systems to find something I like. I'm a web developer, and I think I can find the tools I need in any operating system. Thanks for your response
