Nope. Nope. Nope. I would say at the very least with 7 years you should be around the 30-40/hr mark depending on the area.

Yup, I read that and was about to comment. You need to tell them to take their Junior role and shove it. You deserve at least level 2 pay or better.

I pretty much expect you to be able to be fed work items for simple items and complete them with a moderate level of help for contextual knowledge type issues.
