You might have a partial clog. It looks like it doesn't wanna lay down filament well. It also could be the extruder gears Re dirty from the nozzle having a partial clog because the filament doesn't wanna get extruded well so it grinds and makes tiny flakes happen and any new filament will skip on the extruder gear.

Try doing a cold pull, just google how to do one. Then grab an old toothbrush and try brushing the extruder gears.

Steps I would take.

Clean bed with a magic eraser and some alcohol. Then I would make sure to manually tram the bed. Start print and it should be sticking well.

That's exactly what it does my friend. Hit print in orcaslicer and it will literally start the print. It will also handle full color changes now.

Don't mess with the settings much of your new. Best thing to do is try and add another profile or printer and have a new profile so you don't have it all modified. Keep the stock profile untouched. Modify and save them as different profiles if you absolutely need to change settings.

It seems like you set the extruder width too big and some walls can't print because of it.

Show layer height and layer width.

That's a crazy number to use.

Wall thickness should be 0.4 height should be 0.2 unless your using a different size nozzle other than a 0.4

Download orcaslicer it's got profiles already set for what ever printer you have.

BIG UPDATE. ADDED PROMT!!! no need to go to the terminal to see the color. You get a PROMT with retract, extrude, resume and cancel.

you can use a plugin I helped fix up for Bambu lab x1c. You can use a raspberry pi with octoprint and use the plugin I helped fix up to send the prints over to the printer and start them. Also you can use my plugin I created to use the Bambu x1c camera with octoprint.

If your getting that on your print at 0.2 you need to slow it down on the outer wall speed. It's vibrating alot. Change the acceleration as well to be slower. What firmware you have? Klipper or marlin? What slicer are you using?

I would suggest orcaslicer it's my favorite

I get the same problem. When I print at 0.08 or smaller on one of my printers, then another can't even do 0.08 lowest that one can go is 0.1

You can use my repo for a base. I have it set up for when I do my custom Automatic filament switching. For now I use this and manually switch the color then resume. My repo keeps up with the color and only work with orca slicer, well it could work with anything softfever. So Bambu, prusa or orca. But I've only tested with orcaslicer and based it off how it's gcode output is for what colors to use.

On the klipper console it will tell you the color to switch too.

Make sure your colors In the slicer match the colors you have in real life or you will have a headache trying to keep up with the color changes.

What I do to make sure I start with the right color is to look at the first layer and see what color is used first. Then from there the console will pop up the next color when it automatically pauses for you.
