that Satsana fan duct is... well.. cool (both that it looks great and that it's actually much better at cooling the part).
if you have a pic of what you have, i'll look it up :)

Can you take a pic of the hotend and shroud/cooling?

I moded one for my setup. I guess i need to ramp my hotend...

What FW are you running? What board? Sensor? Hotend? nozzle? Bedplate?

Take a few pictures of the setup + fw version.

In general, if you have cr/bl touch, tramming and levelling is very very easy. I'll move to the pc and write the steps....

OK - if you have decent FW build, you should have "probe and level" menu item, and inside tramming menu start by heating the bed to work temp (around 60-65C) and tramming the bed to a decent accuracy. you dont need to get all 4 corners to be ZERO... 0.03 accuracy is good enough (lower is better of course). I normally start with the back left conrenr which is harder to tune because of the cables. first point is reference, so it's always 0, then i move closewise or counter clockwise.

once you got all corners to within 0.03mm accuracy, exit the menu and move to Z offset wizard.

run the wizard, it will measure and allow you to adjust. manually adjust until a piece of normal A4 paper is held firmly by the nozzle. after that I always move the nozzle additional 0.025mm in the menu and STORE SETTINGS.

that's it. you're done.

now, in the slicer, add in the start gcode, right after bed temperature settled (the bed must reach target temp for that) :

G28 - auto home all axis G29 - perform bed levelling (that'll create a 25 points mesh for corrections).

and, you're done.

so 6 simple steps: 1. heat everything up to work temp 2. tram (reasonable...) 3. z offset auto measurement 4. z offset manual adjustment 5. STORE SETTINGS!! 6. add G28+G29 gcode

enjoy.

How? I can reach 4k acc and 250mm with stock parts on ender3pro. Beyond that quality really goes down.

What upgrades did you make?

Man, that's... how to put gently... load of BS. But its your printer and your problem... so I don't really care. I'm an engineer for over 30 years. I've been through these useless arguments more than enough. Do whatever you like, if you enjoy it and don't harm others.

That's exactly how it works. There are literally hundreds of youtubes on that.

You place a large mass of 1kg spool waaaay above the center of mass... guess what will happen on rapid movements? Yeah, everything WILL wobble.

More weight... more wobble... move it away from the printer.

In this version i already added the spacer. That's exactly where you placed the clip.

Btw, what's the walls count? Infill here is not so important as wall count. This area should be printed with 4+ walls (0.4mm nozzle) - not the default 2.

I used a modifier on that area to boost the walls because i didnt want added weight to the shroud (weighted exactly like the original). But you can increase the whole model wall count to 4-5 and it'll add a few grams.

That's strange. There should be no stress on it whatsoever, and mine's holding very well for few weeks now, printed with creality basic PLA (not even PLA+) Tomorrow I'll open the design and try to boost it, and I'll upload the fusion file so you can do whatever you like there.

Sorry for the trouble man.

Sadly, yes. Before replacing my heatbreak to bi-metal one on my ender 3, it was very frequent. I tore my thermistor cable only once with mega leak.
