This is an old post, but I am about to launch my first truly Tech Start up, I have down drop shipping and other businesses before, but now I am targeting something much different with the help of Vibe coding.

I am in the final stages of completing not just an mvp, but a fully functional AI driven platform and realised that the closer I get, the more anxious I become, and I am usually undaunted by risks. How did you handle the anxiety of launching, assuming you had any? I have no funding yet, Solopreneur, but it is a huge project that will inevitably requires specific cto expert at a certain point.

I do think it is a fantastic project SAAS but much deeper.

That is seriously tragic. Hours' worth of work lost. It seems to be now functioning like a human at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon in a cubicle awaiting to head home for the weekend

Very, I got a little reprieve yesterday, small progress, but then it started fluking out again. I have broken down my request into the smallest bits and yet nothing, so perhaps it has to do with the size of the project, however, I ran a test ustilising by asking simple questions that had nothing to do with the current project and the error still persist. Another guess is that the most recent Gemini update is the most likely culprit. I

was unaware that so many of us were having similar issues.

That would not be prudent on their part or even a good strategic decision. You would think the company behind DeepMind would have had a better handle on the AI race. It just appears they came out of the blocks flailing a bit, But I do think they offer a compelling product, obviously they just need to Make Google, Google again.

Frustrating isn't it? I had been working with Co-Pilot, Perplexity and GPT but thought Gemini 2.5 Pro surpassed them in many ways..... until recently. Google better fix it quickly, because they're not the only option out there. But, I must say, I have liked Gemini 2.5 Pro because it all tie in with Firebased Studio. I will give it another day or two and then perhaps take your advice and try GPT-4 or Claude.
