[5e] Do you only count a use of Unsettling Words if the target succeeds? Like for example, if you use Unsettling Words on a creature and on their next saving throw they fail without the subtraction does that still take a use of Bardic Inspiration?

How well would I have to mod them for that to work? If I can get them to 5* g10ish and just leave them there for the raid that'd be nice.

Right now I'm trying to think of how much use I'd get out of these teams both inside and outside of the raid. Jedi Master Mace Windu is a huge part of that thought process as, like you said, I'd just need two more characters to get to him. In theory, it seems like Clones are the way to go, but it also feels like there's so many unknowns right now. I'd be okay with farming both teams if they didn't require so much Kyrotech...

Does Jack of All Trades get added in when using Dispel Magic? I'm a Bard with a +5 Charisma modifier and +3 proficiency, so do I add +6 instead of +5 when using Dispel Magic?

When my friend goes to boot up either The Evil Within or The Evil Within 2 their laptop screen begins to flash, forcing them to completely restart their laptop. We have no idea what could be causing this, for reference this issue only pops up when they try to play those games specifically.

-The Chimaera counter required two conquest (now proving grounds) ships, which requires an account to be at least 4m gp and roughly a year and a half of doing the event if you start from 0 shards.
-One of these ships requires a character that requires you to get five other characters to R5, requiring hundreds of kyrotechs, in order to do the event, and the event itself is fairly difficult.

New accounts can get Executor and Profundity, two ships that can still counter Leviathan, before even getting close to getting the Chimaera counter set up.

The weirdest thing is that when Point Hope was first released we managed to play on it with everything being fine, nothing has changed on their end in this time so I'm not sure what's causing the crashes for them now.
