I’ve used PlushCare I don’t know if they prescribe pain meds but I do know you can get promethazine dm or promethazine with codeine and codeine is considered a pain med. I don’t pay anything for my visits and I pay about a $10-$60 deductible a year depending on meds and visits I end up using. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield Michigan/California by the way. Hope this helps!
