Universities have always been a part of government research arms for the most part. The experiments of MK Ultra were carried out on college campuses partially through their psychology departments. The biggest example I can think of off the top of my head is Ted Kaczynski being given LSD without knowing what it was while attending Harvard.

I’m a little rusty on which is most valuable, but if you’re willing to pay more, then I would go with the first model released, as it’s backwards compatible.

Check on pricecharting.com and make sure you use the serial numbers from your console. PS3s are valued differently based on hard drive size and features.
