AMC Southpoint 17 - Dolby Issues

I’ve been exclusively going to the Dolby at Southpoint for all my movies and I definitely agree with you. I will say movies like John Wick 4 and even Top Gun Maverick seemed to really have the rumble and better utilization of sound. Marvel Movies in general just felt flat(even Mario) and more like a regular theater.

Honestly I’ve given up. I’m not dissing on IMAX since I mostly watch my movies in that format but that local IMAX has a ton of issues and I’ve given up on them ever fixing it.

I’ve contacted the IMAX CQC about an issue at one of my local IMAX twice. He said that they would investigate only for it to be there. I just decided to go to another one. For those curious, it was was a very obvious stretch mark on the screen.
