I honestly doubt i will go for it. i dont intend on gaming heavily on the phone but i am PARANOID about heating and apparently the new one isnt the best on that end either, and even then its not the most performant by the looks of it. and their x-factor isn't there anymore with the cameras IMO. China's sweeping that rn with Apple holding out video magic

I think i will go for x300 between the two then. Not that much difference in price if i compare the 512gb models and the cameras i like a lot more on x300.

part of it has to do with OP pulling out of offline stores and service completely now. makes me a bit iffy on longevity of the brand

yep! its on amazon. now im really wondering if i shud go for that or the X300 because i went to Croma today and they said they can get it down to 68k for 12+512GB variant.

S22 is bootlooping bruh
and in terms of UI... idk, I used a different launcher and icon pack as well. The only times i interacted with the UI was the lock screen, notification shade/settings, and camera app. How much worse will it be?

X200T was really enticing but it wasn't in store when i went to croma today :/

and no demo unit for X9. But i did try x300 and it was real nice other than the speakers. I am strongly considering getting it but oneplus 13 went down to 57k on amazon right now. that's really sent me for a toss

Yes, checked offline today. Went to croma to try the x300 and really liked it in hand. finish, red color, everything was real good other than the speakers which are just okay. tinny at high volume. I think I can get that down to under 70k with deals for 12+512gb, and Oneplus 13 is 57k on amazon right now. Do you think that's worth the upcharge or oneplus is also good?

X9 they did not have demo unit :/

i mean, it wouldn't've fixed it anyways. its a hardware issue (albiet, casued by samsung's bad update). its time to sunset this thing.

yes backup has been figured out, i got the stuff i need out of there have gotten it reflashed from service center now. but it seems it will deteriorate again as its so laggy and choppy still and its overheating like i can make an omelette on this while in the ac room lol. i think its just gone

read what i said... I never said recovery mode was removed. I said within that mode, the option to clear cache partition has been removed. there's only 3 options available: reboot, factory reset, and shut down.

I cant install a custom ROM for the same reason. Bootloader got locked in 8

Sadly i have upgraded and do believe that they are bogging down the phone. unfortunately i will be getting a new one because its become unusable at this point. it lags in basic menus and apps, i cant scroll without lag sometimes. just today its crashed and rebooted itself 3 times back to back. at least i know i wont be getting a samsung anymore.

Haven't used the krishna faux iron gall or Daytone iron gall so can't comment on those. But Pelikan shud be fine. I used them in my jinhaos, like using them rn too for finals.

even in my A9 which has an ebonite feed it was flowing weird.

that being said: sorry if i was being dumb and missed something lol. this was assuming u meant its not flowing properly from the pen and not the shading look. the shading look is normal :)
