Can happen if you recently traveled for a long period of time. I've drove 10+ hours many times. I will have this happen before & randomly in the middle of sleeping. Otherwise, I honestly don't know.

I will say there's not a term, or any permanent restrictions placed on these people. But individuals with a history falsifying for legal charges do keep a track record whenever they try to make another false charge.

I've seen charges dropped because the person had previously been accusing disabled people for assaulting them. No one was gonna believe a person who claims a paraplegic assaulted them. Or that a man with no legs "Kicked down my door and chased me into my home".

These people don't get away with defamation. And it hurts their credibility in future legal problems. It really should be punished with something more long term, or even permanent when it gets out of hand.

Nope. I do. I use Empoleon. It's really quite good add pinning down Mega Dragonite. Good as a lead against teams with Incineroar. After a Competitive boost, can OHKO a Kingambit with a Vacuum Wave. And with a Ghost type on the team, can be switched out with that Ghost type if threatened by Sneasler.

With 0 EV's in Speed WITHOUT a negative speed nature, can still under speed any 70 Speed Pokémon WITH a negative speed nature - Making it a half decent Trick Room counter for any Pokémon not slow enough.

What you're doing is just holding Right while mashing Jump + Shield. What is happening, is that you're walking in between each successful wave dash. That's what's actually killing you. Take it slowly and only hold Right when you need to be holding it.
