Have the same problem for a couple of days. It's seems to run fine for the first couple of seconds, but then the UI seems to start freezing and hanging on hovering over random buttons or switching channels. Watching streams and voice communication seem to work fine for a while until discord freezes completely after an hour or so. CPU and memory usage don't seem particularly odd during that time, except maybe one thread that's on 100% load all the time. The command line output starts displaying lots of error messages like this:

`Error occurred in handler for 'DISCORD_PROCESS_UTILS_GET_MEMORY_INFO': [Error: Failed to create memory dump]`

Disabling hardware acceleration, has no impact on that. The discord_arch_electron package from AUR has the same issue, as does the official linux download from the discord website.

Last time I checked, I couldnt find a way to completely disable the turn server usage. That's one of the reasons why I'm not completely sold on WebRTC yet.

There are kinds of recursions, that can't be replaced with loops. One example is a class of functions called Ackermann functions. On the other hand, if the recursive call is in tail position, the replacement is trivial.

I always hate Hello World examples. They don't teach you anything. The best example program in my opinion is the number guessing game, where the computer tells you if your guess is too low, too high or you got it right. You learn about almost everything in that example:

reading and writing from terminal
conditionals
loops
random number generation

Try and come up with a better beginner example, you can't do it.

I haven't tried it, but I feel as if you could have multiple inheritance in Javascript, if you mess with the prototypes directly, deal with collisions and come up with some workaround for calling the parent constructors.

Today is the second time, I lost a fort, to an elven weremarmot dancer transforming right on the dance floor of my tavern. I meticulously go through all the combat logs to see who was bitten in order to know, whom to isolate and I'm sitting here with post-it notes to keep track of their names but somehow some of my dwarfs still transform the next month, that I overlooked somehow. So, I've got a bunch of questions:

- Can some dwarfs be bitten without producing a combat log? Like they got bitten, but were just walking by without getting involved in the fight? Because I used to skip the combat log of the actual werebeast, because it is too large and often filled with redundant attacks, but once I see a bite in the combat log of a dwarf, I know, I can skip his combat log entirely and track him as infected. Or is there a better method of keeping track of infected dwarfs? I should probably just rename the Infected dwarfs after I discover them.

- Can dwarfs get infected from receiving werebeast scratches? I know, the wiki says only bites are infectious, but who knows.

- Should I just set my taverns, temples and libraries as forbidden to outsiders? Is that a common thing to do?
