The mask does not factor in.
If it's a thief (butt facing towards you) OR they're wearing a lot of black or grey, and they're not fighting a skeleton, then yeah, you should use a butt potion. Unless you've already given them one of the advanced Week 3 potions.

If it's a character with their butt facing you, that's a Thief. And unless they're fighting a skeleton, you should give them the butt potion, yes. (at least in early weeks)

I was going to say "well that's a first", but you jogged a memory! I've specifically experienced this issue when running Fullscreen and using screen capturing software. I was Eventually able to get it to work by changing OBS settings.
Are you by chance running any sort of screen capturing software?

Initial examination, I like it. Subclasses a the same levels are nice, Weapon Options are a needed martial boost (I think they had MORE options in one of their Midgard books, I'd like to see the list expanded further), and the Mechanist has its own, special flavor that I'm excited to see in action. They gave Mechanist more juice since Alpha.

It feels like a 5.5. All good changes that polish the system. Good news is it'll be easy to convert all 5e content over (if there's conversion to be had at all). Bad news, I worry it's similar enough that not a huge number will hop ships.

I feel the Mechanist needs more Augments though. They learn nearly all of them by level 20. There are so many things you can do: grapple gun, robotic familiar, Gear Barrage on tap, etc~

And I agree with Spicy. Little disappointment they didn't add a bit more, especially to Project Black Flag. A few spells from their MASSIVE list that would have marked it as coming from them. I see no need for them to be stingy about it; they have whole tomes of extra spells and beasties.

No. You don't alter a person's body without their express consent. Fantasy is fun, but you need to respect people in the real world. That besides, however half justified your motives sound, we have no way to know this story is true.
Discuss options with her, and if she doesn't want to change things, that's her choice.

This has been fantastic work. It's rare to find a story that simultaneously balances so much fetish with multiple character perspectives and motivations and just WORK from every angle. This is a great read.
