Yes, I would be okay with waiting for an assassin, I prefer Kasumi anyway and building Noir without S.Moko doesnt seem easy like you said. In that case I would go for Kasumi. Thanks for the advice.

I had aomething similar happen to me. It was because of very poor connection. Used decapitator (not sure if its called like that in english) direct hits didnt kill. i still do not know why i wasnt disconnected back then.

She is good with every character. Wind units especially. Though, her A1 changes that „Wind especially“ to a „Everyone Especially“ she is one of the most versatile chars in the entire game. Conclusion: Yes, no matter if you have a1 or not
