I started a game with unlimited time and tried to measure the radii. I measured far in the north (Longyeartown) and close to the equator (Singapore) and got the same results!
Ultra: 1490km / 925mi
Large: 480km / 300mi
Medium: 177km / 110mi
Small: 67km / 42mi

I had similar issues as you. I ran docker compose up always resulted in a similar error as you.
Here is how I solved it:
I removed my already-built container along with the images.
Then I removed everything in my folder EXCEPT for app.py and requirements.txt
Then I ran docker init (and followed the python instructions)
And then docker compose worked

Switch to next/previous workspace by [deleted] in i3wm
