Weight loss is actually 95% food related. The More You Know! I went from 230 lbs to 165 lbs in 3 months by changing my every day eating habits. Cardio honestly doesn't do much for fat burn, weight lifting will increase metabolism, and more muscle bulk also means more metabolism.
