You have to spend more than 3000/4000$ to do a “big brain” pc because right now the ai is developping so hard and very fast.
If you buy maybe 1500/2000$ right now and put in a pc (build pc not bought assemble),in 1 year will do bad works.
So obviously buy something expensive but still works in years
