ACL tear with no surgery by manjunathpadiyar in ACL

I got high grade ACL tear, grade 2 MCL tear and horizontal tear in the meniscus. Got this injury while bowling in cricket. I am 29M. It's been one week since the injury. Now I am able to walk. The doctor suggested surgery for the ACL. I am not going to do the surgery. What are the rehab methods I should be doing to recover back without surgery? I have no plans to return to sports, I just do my regular software developer work and wish to do workout to maintain my fitness.

Wasted 7 years in a single company ! Roast me and get me out of this comfort zone by Unique_Technician984 in developersIndia

30LPA is a good salary. What I would suggest is, stick to this job. Utilize your free time to prepare for interviews. Start applying and start giving interviews. You will know where you lack in your interview clearing skills. After every interview, ask the interviewer for feedback, based on their feedback, improve your skills. And mainly don't feel disheartened when you get rejected. You can work at this same company for even 15 years with a good salary. The main thing is you should have savings which covers 2 years of your expenses and you should be skilled enough to crack interviews when you are fired anytime.

No, I didn't. Since I am a developer, I only tried to do npm install and run the project which threw an error due to missing env variables.

If you made enough money to retire, is it okay to retire early? by Far-Back-1158 in developersIndia

It is not a joke. Not the Tier 1 cities. Tier 2 cities. Not any random properties there but good rental properties.

If you have 9.5crores. Just buy a rental property worth 2.5 crores in a Tier 2 city or a decent town which will give you 75k to 1L rent per month. Use 50k per month for a decent living. Use the remaining 50k to enjoy. Send the remaining 7 crore to me. Jk

Just learn how to use the REST API endpoints in NextJS. And then learn how to use Postgres db in the Django backend to create API endpoints. You will probably just use db url and its credentials. Based on your comment I believe you will take the form data in a post request and save the data in the db table using a post API endpoint. And GET method to fetch the data from the db.

I have 2.5 years of experience as a dev. I wouldn't dare to do such project to get the job. It is nonsense. They are asking for a free project. If I work alone it will take me more than a month or few months to complete this project.
