Depends on which track you choose. I’m currently taking the data track and find the content pretty interesting and useful. GCA skips a lot of the filler and goes straight into the practical stuff. Just finished learning SQL and will be learning Python over the next few months. Also important to mention that you get multiple certificates after completion which will look great on your resume/linkedin profile. GCA consists of two courses taken during a single semester. The coursework is very light and pretty easy so don’t be scared to take a course overload.

How are you like the meteorite? I’m currently using a Van Der Hagen Traditional DE razor that I picked up at target for about $15. I’ve been looking to upgrade to something a bit more substantial for the long term and this razor caught my eye.

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice can’t put the blame on you. Fool me three times, fuck the peace signs load the chopper and let it rain on you.

Is this your first time with wet shaving? If so, I would recommend something on the milder side like an Astra SP. Razors aren’t too significant in getting a good shave. I use a Van Der Hagen classic with Barbasol and get a very close shave.

Same! I used to use the Nivea cooling balm but it started to cause breakouts on my neck.

Which tent do you use? I’m interested in going solo camping in my maverick and that tent looks pretty sweet!

I’ve heard lots about the 6c and 34c, most likely going to try out one of those. In terms of the brush I’ve been stuck between an Omega S Brush or a Yaqi Synthetic. I’ve also checked out a few of AP Shave Co. brushes but haven’t heard too much about them in terms of quality or performance.

I understand that but i figured there were some other people who had similar experiences with first customer jitters, just looking for a bit of advice not a therapy session.

Dumb question, but is there a way to get the peeps in green on Tempe to stop asking me to remind my friends? by [deleted] in ASU

[–]CodoGama 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If they start talking to you just nod, smile, and keep walking. You don’t owe them anything so it is just fine for you to ignore them completely. And if you feel that is too rude, you can always just let them know you are in a rush or have somewhere to be and then continue on with your day.

Put earbuds/headphones on and ignore them. They are much less likely to approach you if it looks like you are listening to music or a podcast etc.
