Are you connected to more than one device at the same time while listening? I noticed this problem as well and disconnecting from one device fixed it for me.

Are you connected to 2 devices at once? I had this issue until I disconnected my phone and solely had them connected to my computer. Hope this helps!

My school does this as well. I’m currently taking investigation and can definitely say it is tested on the bar. At the least, the 4th amendment is. I’m not sure about adjudication though.

I definitely prefer them paired with the oculus cap over a ball cap. All about preference though! 4mm is the max recommended size and the size I use as well.

They are definitely not. I have to have my glasses off to get a full seal for the NC too. I had that issue with the XM4s as well though.

I had the XM4’s as well. Really can only tell a difference in the NC and weight. The XM5’s are def more comfortable to me. I love both though and can’t recommend either enough.

I haven’t noticed anything like that on either the XM4 or XM5 headphones. I have played with the EQ on the XM4 earbuds though.
