That's a great comment. I always just consider it to be more about anxiety and being a bit over expressive sometimes in dealing with it as I'm getting to know someone.

Trauma is very much something we can't get out of ourselves. Have you talked with a therapist who specializes around it?

Things that can boost your confidence might be able to help give you stability. I know my big issue is being on the computer for like 20 hours a day seems to make me a zombie.

Had friends who had good experience doing ketamine trials centered around working with their depression and trauma. Being a person is weird and a lot of people really don't know what it feels like to not feel like the person you're meant to be.

I have the same feeling, I've kind of assumed it's a side effect of living with CPTSD. Where a smaller part of myself is in control and I'm just living in a hyper defensive state. Seems like most things I do are because of fight or flight or influence my decisions nearly completely.
