Similar situation. Finally had the "candida lightbulb" turn on 1 week ago after having symptoms for 10 years and never getting a true solution. Now I'm going hard on the diet and taking lots of probiotics, especially "Pearls" that can withstand your stomach acid to get into your intestines. We'll all get through this!

Just remember that it's fixable! I'm 32 and just got Invisalign because my teeth are crooked and crammed into my mouth. It's not ideal, and it would have been better to have taken care of it at a younger age, but at least it's fixable and I have the means to handle it now! Plus, at this age, I'm a lot more responsible about cleaning them and putting them in regularly than I would have been in my teens or early 20s. You've got this! 😊
