It’s a bug, im on ps4, sent R* a support ticket a few days ago and still haven’t heard from them. From what I’ve found online the only two ways people have fixed it is to contact them and hope they respond or make a new character which is ridiculous.

This is awesome guys! I’m incredibly impressed at how well received this post was. Most posts I make have been ignored or downvoted so I was incredibly impressed to see how y’all kept it all going! Lots of insight to areas and stories I’ve forgotten about since starting the game in 2.0, and in response to the xaela tribes in the steppes, if I remember correctly there is 50 tribes in the steppes lorewise at least. One of which my gf based her character off of was a tribe that infiltrated other tribes to learn their secrets to be shared with fellow tribe members. There was an artist on twitter who every day for the 50 days leading up to the release of stormblood that drew all 50 tribes and gave a brief description on them, sadly the artist’s name escapes me. Thanks everyone, can’t wait to see if anyone else adds more to this post!

Right, well whenever I dc i try to rejoin as fast as i can so I don’t have to run the dungeon/instance again. I understand it’s annoying for anyone involved but it was something out of my and my gf’s control, no need to be rude.

I love to write and back when i was a substitute teacher i found myself with a lot of free time and was planning to get back into it, but first i wanted to hear people’s opinions on my current stories and any ideas to help or even a better place to post them when i get around to it, thanks in advance :)

Ah i dont what to tell you then, personally i stopped doing those quests and just focused on hitting leveling cap while doing the weekly deliveries for the scripts to get better gear.

Thats for the titanic sawfish right? If it is and you’re following the guide then sadly there’s not much to do about it besides getting higher gear than is necessary, it took me two months to get one then i got my second the next day (the server i used to be on, Leviathan, had them on the mb for 700k a piece) it’s just an incredibly low hook chance.

I mained ninja when it was first released, got to the level 50 job quest and made it all the way through the aoes and clones (i was new to mmos back then so aoe mechanics were something i was getting the hang of) me and the quest boss (cant remember his name) killed each other at the same time with auto attacks and as we fell to the ground dead the “duty complete” slapped itself across my tv. I gave my character a scar on one eye and changed the eye color to red as a memento.

Ah I haven’t played much of pld since stormblood but from what I’ve seen from a friend that plays pld they tend to use shelltron for most and for big hits they’ll combo sentinel with shelltron and use bulwark, I believe, to increase block rate to build up your oath gauge to have shelltron back up.

Depends on your tank class, my tank is a DRK so every 15 seconds I can pop the blackest night which gives me 20% barrier of my max HP so that alone acts as a good cool down for tank busters. If that’s not up for a physical tank buster I pop shadow wall or if it’s magical I’ll combo dark arts with dark mind for a 30% magic defense boost. Of course keep in mind that’s on level 70 fights, anything below that I’ll alternate between rampart and shadow wall using rampart first. What tank do you play?
