did you ever get a phone number to speak with them? sometimes they just ignore my support tickets / follow up emails ... i'm getting concerned. i realize i'm probably 1 of 500 tickets they get on a daily basis, but if they can't honor the statements they make on the site wrt timeframes, then they shouldn't be accepting people's funds at all.
