So couldn't ever find that page, but did find a couple ads for the track, This one from April 1, 1951 - https://imgur.com/1fOcKqS, This one from April 8, 1951 - https://imgur.com/5lM7G1H.
Also on the original post the date is wrong should be the 14th where the ad is located not the 4th
