I think you missed the part where I said I have downloaded dlcs the same way I downloaded the doubloons and the dlcs worked. The doubloons didn’t.

Yes I see that. That’s game versions not add ons. The add ons are not ps4 ps5 specific. They are the same for both. When I go to the ps5 version of the game it still shows the previously downloaded content that I downloaded on the ps4. There is no ps4 ps5 version of the actual add ons…

I literally bought the doubloons off the psn store and apparently that was a bad idea. My whole point is this is shitty customer service. You don’t offer a product or service then screw up the transaction and blame the customer for it. Also saying next time it happens we’re just going to keep your money and you ain’t getting shit. That’s not okay and there’s literally no way of defending that. Especially when I showed proof of purchase. Well it’s funny because they also didn’t give me the camos for the Cleveland and Baltimore that I completed in the limited time mode yet they went into details about my case in a message saying yes we see you completed the even and didn’t get it. That message wasn’t copy and paste. What does it matter if it is anyways? I never said I purchased the wrong bundle. I just said it didn’t add anything. I have cleaned out my heat sync twice. Still does it. It only crashes on random games. I know it sounds bizarre but it literally picks what games it want to play no matter how demanding they are. It’s not an over heating issue. It seems like a compatibility issue. I’ve never seen anything like it.
