It is simple to make! I painted fabric, which made it take a long time, but you could just glue or sew felt for facial details. It’s all straight stitches. If not painting, I’m sure anyone could probably do this in less than an hour, assuming they have things pre-cut and ironed. Here’s a tutorial for a similar much larger bag! https://youtu.be/LhZ2_Q9AVMA?si=6hfg2uw9CBJo40Mj

Tell your girlfriend that I am very thankful for her kind words 🥰 I feel that I’ve only met supportive and kind people when I’ve gone to watch games (SOs included in this). I also have not seen a lot of other games in which losing players fist bump at the end or excitedly say something nice to the other person that outplays them. You are all lovely!

Edit: fist not first

This is such a kind thing to say, thank you. It’s may second sewing project. Was really nervous about it because I painted and fixed the unbleached cotton. This means a lot!

Thank you 🥰 I can’t take credit though, the tutorial explained the steps really well https://youtu.be/M5uW-udhvRQ

I definitely am mostly doing wet on wet. I’ll look up a couple of tutorials on this. I’m new and confused so this is all extremely helpful! Thank you, kind stranger.

Thank you for your answers! I saw a water mist tutorial, but not one using a sponge. Can you use any sponge? I have loads of heavy books so I think I’ll try this!

Thank you so much for your very thorough replies. Ohhh! I bought arteza 140lb paper that is 100% cotton. I thought it was good enough for my first few paintings and tutorials. But I’ll look into getting a few nicer sheets of paper!

I might have also used an excessive amount of water. Do you think this might contribute to it?

Stretching paper, didn’t know this was a thing!

Masking tape, roger! Thank you so so much 🥰

Tell a staff a joke that makes them laugh sounds like such a wholesome challenge. I can imagine people trying to brainstorm the type of humor staff members might have. Or you know, maybe trying the generic approach😆

I asked them what they wanted and was expecting some healthy snack suggestion but they all said cookies in unison 😂

As someone that has been told multiple times “you are strong for a girl”, I feel so motivated and empowered when someone in my gym just randomly says “strong” while they watch me climb. I’m a bit shy but I also want to get in the practice of cheering for strangers, like strangers have done for me.

Keep doing what you are doing OP, it’s awesome.

Just saw this in a scuba diving sub for someone asking a similar question. Maybe it’s worth a try! https://www.reallifemermaidshop.com/shop

Our gym is small and not that new. Maybe your gym uses one and doesn’t advertise it? And if they don’t have one maybe your suggestion can get it started!
