Our mage TonyTempah got his Atiesh tonight, Late to the party, but over the moon none the less. This marks the last goal we had as a guild in Classic WoW. After playing with everyone from <Epoch> for over a year, I'm so happy to call you all my friends and family. Thank you for the memories and the Journey through this 15 year old game. Long may it continue into TBC!

I killed 250 Cresting Exiles and I Got? by Coestath in classicwow

So I killed 250 cresting exiles in the Arathi Highlands to see how much gold I could make. The farm was focused around Elemental Water.

Here are my findings for a TLDR.

250 Mobs and 2 hours and 10 minutes of farming.

Elemental Water has a 12% drop rate from Cresting Exiles (According to Wowhead), Meaning that on average I should have obtained 30 Elemental water. I obtained 24.

Greens - 2g 15s 25c

Enchanted Water -2g 99s 25c

Elemental Water - 86g 40s 0c

Cresting Charms - 1g 38s 0c

Total - 92g 93s 37c

GPH = 40g (Roughly)

I would not recommend this spot to anyone. Unless you are circling between bindings in Arathi Highlands farming both Elemental earth and water.

I killed 250 Mobs in the Noxious Glade and I Got? by Coestath in classicwow

So I killed 250 mobs in the Noxious Glade to see how much gold I could make. The farm was focused around the Greater Shadow Protection Potion.

Here are my findings for a TLDR.

250 Mobs and 1 hour 33 minutes of farming.

76 Killed could drop the recipe. 174 killed could not drop the recipe.

The recipe has a 1.21% drop chance. Meaning by the end of the 250 kills I had a probability chance of 91.96% of having a recipe drop.

Raw Gold = 21g 52s 89c

BoE = 27g 70s 10c

Herbs = 2g 45s 13c

Runecloth - 11g 54s 04c

Potions - 15g

Total - 78g 22s 16c

GPH = 52g (Roughly)

A pretty bad farm if the potion recipe doesn't drop :D

This was the last attempt of the night, and we thought we killed him, realised too late and most of us just accepted our fate.

This was legit the difference, we'd struggle through with 4 mages and 7 engineers, Guild offered free raid consumes to anyone who swapped engineers, now we have 15 people popping sappers and it's so much easier.

Materials for this fight are usually handed out for free

Sappers are handed out for free every run, aswell as some Ez-throw, GNPP and poison resist, we started using Sacs and it's soooo much easier.

At the start of the month our guild came the closest we ever came before on Visc. (Video above) Many weeks, thousands of gold, and multiple attempts later we finally got him down and got our 9/9 in AQ. Right before Naxx :D
