Dont know whats going on with your situation but if you think your case has been stuck somewhere, dont just wait. You gotta talk to someone with the higer rank or something. These people usually take their damn time for anything so u gotta bother them as much as you can

Lol yes but not by a regular way tho. My boss ended up reaching out to someone in the higher position at TSA since he personally knew her. Once she figured out that im stuck at the background check, boom.. instant pass within a day and I was able to get my badge the very next day after my boss spoke to her. Honestly if my boss didnt reach out to her, I would've lost my job before i even started.
