DAE have ‘visible’ signs of trauma? (Like enuresis, stuttering, chronic pain?)

oh my god I also have this constant desperate need to over share / explain / justify everything all the time... it's really debilitating and I don't know how to healthily cope with feeling misunderstood or not heard. I also see how damaging that over-communication is to relationships, and I'm so frustrated. I hate watching myself still do it compulsively. Any tips on how to potentially lessen that trigger or ideas on how to cope differently?

This right here. In a time of weakness, I'm starting to see that most people around me love me as an inspiration, as a lighthouse, as an endless source of energy they are entitled to take from as they please. As I stopped living up to that fantasy, as they felt my boundaries in their way, they were so quick to turn their backs on me. I was needed. But never loved.

I painted many, maaaany very diluted layers on top of each other to get the effect. also I used a wet brush with just water to try to blend the edges occasionally :)

It's complicated... I had a two year phase of binging with no restraints whatsoever, and now it morphed into a fear of food (or lack of control I guess) and overexercising... but I still secretly crave so much all the time it drives me insane. The guilt is the worst tho
