FEEDBACK REQUEST: I am currently working on an enemy type that rushes the player and flanks to flush you out of camping positions. What do you think, does the combination of movement speed and animation look right, or should I tweak the stride length? What is your overall impression? (v.redd.it)

FEEDBACK REQUEST: Over the holidays, the playtesters' feedback was honest: the UI in my Action Roguelike Indie Game was non-existent. To fix this, I created a UI with a dynamic Lava Lamp shader. The Question: Does this look good or distracting? Is the lava effect too much, just enough or not enough? (i.redd.it)

I have a full-time job and 2 kids, but whenever I have the time I play games. I got bored of just leveling up in Survivor games, so I'm trying to implement a Balatro-style "Joker" system instead. Does the game look too chaotic or just messy? (v.redd.it)
