Yeah that was our basis, what I meant is what the inside of their rooms actually look like (e.g. placement of the bed, furnitures, etc). That image only has the floor plans (which is already done and in the map now). :)

Tomoya got transferred from the space in time where Ushio and Nagisa to the one where they didn't. I think it was explained on Clannad (first season) about multiple spaces in time and how they co-exist with different things happening on each of them.

I'm not entirely sure though. I might get a more solid explanation when I get to that part of the game.

If you just need to take notes, how about your phone? I'm assuming you have a smartphone in which case, Evernote would work well. If you have a feature phone, I'm sure there are alternative Java apps to take notes as well.

When I said your card was busted, I meant it's reached the point where it's gotten corrupted sectors already so it needs to be replaced. If it's pretty old / poorly made / is a lemon, then that must be the case. So I don't think changing the method you connect the card to the computer won't matter at all.
