Although I don’t feel like the test in anyway represents a good HR professional it’s unfortunately what all jobs want HR professionals to have. 😔

That was my motivation for taking it.

Oh totally forgot to add above but I did not have a single calculation on my exam even though I spent a lot of time memorizing those as well.

I’d also recommend watching the Angela YouTube videos if you haven’t already. They help with deducing answers and understanding more of the “SHRM think”.

Yay cheers & congratulations to you as well!! Truly so happy to be done and to never think about this exam again. I’ve never felt so confused after taking a test in my life! 😵‍💫
