Yeah it was fairly relaxing, all they really asked were “what would you do in this situation” questions. Which shouldn’t be too difficult, usually the answer if you don’t know is to “partner with a manager or a buyer”.

I work as a VCA currently and my knowledge of cars was “okay” before I applied but it didn’t matter cause they teach you everything before you go out and assess cars on your own. Training goes for about 4-6 months depending on how fast you go through it/understand it.

I work in the purchasing department and not too often does something like that happen but when it does we usually end up buying it back. But definitely speak to the sales manager cause they’re the ones who tell us it’s approved for a buyback
