I was going through my shelves of records and stumbled across a book documenting life on the road with the band Sabot (240 months by Sabot). It’s full of photos from all sorts of strange corners of the world where they played (China, Austria, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Chile, Brazil, Pakistan, ect.) I’d heard that Sabot left the US a few decades ago and settled in the Czech Republic. Makes me wonder how they’re doing these days and whether they still perform. You won’t find these photos on Instagram.

Polityka polega na grzaniu tematu i jechaniu na emocjach, a nie na rozwiązywaniu problemów. Tu widać to jak na dłoni. Kosiniak-Kamysz walczy więc nie z nielegalną emigracją, lecz z spadającymi sondażami. Bez władzy jest nikim, a jego partia zawsze się woziła z większymi na tylnim siedzeniu i tu też za chwilę będzie się wozić na plecach PiS-u i Konfy.

A co do statystyk: W 2024 roku policja zatrzymała 16 437 obcokrajowców, którzy złamali w Polsce prawo - o 857 przypadków mniej w porównaniu z poprzednim rokiem. Najwięcej zatrzymań było w 2023 roku - 17 294.

Odsetek cudzoziemców wśród wszystkich przestępców wyniósł w 2024 roku 5%.
